Orders will be processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation. After the order has been processed, Delivery timeline is generally 8-10 day, and in case of any production delay it can be 10-12 days since all the pieves are made on order However, please note that delivery times may vary depending on the shipping address and other factors outside of our control.

All orders will receive a tracking number via email once they have been shipped, so you can easily monitor the status of your delivery. If you have any questions about your order, please do not hesitate to contact us.

In case of any exchange/returns, we will need an unboxing video from your end.

Shipping is free for all orders.

We take great care in packaging and handling your products to ensure that they arrive in excellent condition. If you receive damaged or defective products, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange for a return or exchange.
