Returns, exchange and refunds

Hello dear customer, 

As all our pieces are made on order, we do not provide returns or refunds.

However, if you need any size exchange in the same design we do that, you can ship it to us at

and we will get it done. (To and fro shipping to be borne by the client)

Our prepaid orders are shipped by local courier company (faster delivery) and COD orders are sent via Shiprocket.

In case of pickup delay (only for COD order) from company's end, order will not be cancelled as all the pieces are made on order. We shall wait for the pickup to happen. We will be taking all measures to expedite the pickups.
